STUDIO POLICIES
$50 non-refundable deposit is required for all services. If you do not show up to your appointment, or are more than 10 mins late without notice, your deposit may be forfeited. You will be asked to pay another deposit to rebook.
Please give at least a 48hr notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. There is a strict 10 minute grace period for each appointment. Clients who fail to show up within this time frame will be marked as a no-show. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We accept cash, debit, visa, MasterCard, and E-Transfer. If you are paying by E-Transfer, the payment must be sent prior to leaving your appt. Please note payments by visa or Mastercard are subject to 13% sales tax.
